Strap : fitted with a new "IW Suisse" brown leather lizard calf strap, which attached to the watch measures approximately 210 mm from buckle tip to last hole. The calendar is set by the lower crown (not quick set). The watch is wound and set by the lower crown and the alarm is set by the upper crown. K911 17 jewel movement running strongly and keeping time. The crown which winds the alarm mechanism has been replaced at some time. The lower crown which winds timing mechanism is original and signed. ![]() The case is in very good condition indeed, displaying the expected light marks from careful use but absolutely no signs of abuse dents or scratches of any significance that I could see to draw to your attention. The inside of the rear cover is marked " 10K Gold Filled" and signed "LeCoultre". Case : 10 carat gold filled large size case, measuring approximately 35 mm across, excluding the crowns and 40 mm from lug to lug. The dial is showing some light patination between 11 and 12 o'clock but I decided against restoration as I believe the watch to be more valuable by preserving the originality of this watch. Signed “LeCoultre Memodate Calendar Alarm Swiss", the calendar aperture is located at 3 o'clock.
